Workout at the Track

Yesterday I ran to the nearest track (for me it happens to be the one on BYUs campus), and then took off my shoes and ran barefoot from there.

I ran sprints down and back across the field and each time I ran from one side to the other I did either 20 burpees, 20 push-ups, 20 sit ups, or 20 jumping jacks. Now THAT was a workout!

I took a few pictures just for fun 🙂 The sunshine has been good to me!
