Tip of the Week: Fitness Apps

There’s an App for that!

Whether you’re a runner like me, a swimmer, biker, basketball star, anything you’re going to love this app by Nike.

The app is called Nike Training Club, it’s available for FREE for both IOS and Android users. This app has every possibly workout you could ever want. It times everything out for you and tells you when to switch to the next move/activity. If you don’t know how to do a move, just tap on the picture and there’s a video that shows you exactly how to do that move. 

My favorite workouts are the 15min workouts, if you can sweat in 15 minutes of work you know it’s awesome 😉
